Welcome to Find a Land Expert! 

Your way to find the expertise that you need to value or manage your real property.  In order to start your search, please fill in the criteria below starting with the location of the land that you need assistance with.  ASFMRA will search for an Accredited Member of the American Society of Farm Managers and Rural Appraisers that can assist you, within a 250 mile radius. 

Once you have filled in the location of your property, you can also choose the expertise that you are looking for.  Please keep in mind, that the more you narrow your results in terms of the location and the expertise, the more you may limit the results of your search.  Fields like First Name, Last Name, Company Name, etc. will perform a partial match.  For example, a Last Name search for "Jo" will find everyone whose name starts with "Jo".

About Find a Land Expert

Accredited Members are individuals who have earned one of the following designations:  Accredited Farm Manager (AFM), Accredited Rural Appraiser (ARA), Real Property Review Appraiser (RPRA) and Accredited Agricultural Consultant (AAC).  AFM, ARA, RPRA, and AAC designations are earned through years of experience, education, testing, and adherence to strict Society requirements for standards, ethics, and continuing education. The American Society may only refer the Accredited Members to potential clients since they have completed all required education and testing as prerequisite to Accreditation and have passed a comprehensive Accrediting examination that ensures Society confidence in their professional qualifications. 

This database includes all members of the American Society of Farm Managers and Rural Appraisers. When you perform a search it will automatically default to the Accredited members of the Society. If your search results do not provide you with an Accredited member, you can search the entire database by selecting "All Members".
